Do you want to help spread awareness about housing as a human right? Do you want to learn more about advocacy, project management and strategic communication? We are now looking for an intern for the fall semester 2024 with a focus on advocacy.
About jagvillhabostad.nu
jagvillhabostad.nu is Sweden's only housing policy association for young people. Our most important mission is to stand up for all young people's right to safe housing by monitoring and acting on young people's needs, rights and interests. We do this through our three areas of activity: information, education and advocacy. We are non-partisan and non-religious and our activities are based on feminist, anti-racist and democratic principles with regard to climate and the environment. Read more about us at www.jagvillhabostad.nu.
About the traineeship
The traineeship will follow a clear work plan with objectives that we jointly formulate at the beginning of the traineeship. As a trainee, you will work closely with your assigned supervisor and participate in the day-to-day operational work as well as be assigned smaller projects that you as a trainee will carry out under supervision. In advocacy, this means, for example, participating in the work on political events, reports, political campaigns, press and external communication.
